As the founder of Enlightus Coaching, she helps leaders, veterans, and conscious change-makers move beyond performance into presence — guiding them to realign their outer success with inner fulfillment.
With over two decades of experience in wellness, trauma recovery, and executive development, Tanya brings a grounded yet intuitive approach to every session. Her work blends evidence-based leadership coaching with somatic and spiritual practices that support deep, lasting transformation.
